The Slab Boys Trilogy

In Glasgow in 1957, the slab boys apply themselves with gusto to everything but their job - working in a carpet factory. Each has their own aspirations, but the path to fulfillment is cluttered with obstacles, and soon emotions are running at fever pitch.
