LOOK, A BOOK! Cinemaattic Film Projection of “Jean-François and the meaning of life”

As part of our involvement in LOOK, A BOOK! a festival of words to bring more visibility to Sant Jordi’s Day, the National Book Day in Catalonia. All across Edinburgh independent bookshops are collaborating with LOOK, A BOOK! to bring Catalan culture to book-loving audiences throughout the city!
We are so pleased to be collaborating with Cinemaattic, the platform for Spanish, Iberian and Latin American cinema in Scotland. Join us for this live projection of Jean Francois and the meaning of life (2018) directed by Sergi Portabella.
This event starts at 6.30pm, doors open at 6.00pm. The running time of the film is 1hr30 mins and we will start promptly at 6.30pm so please arrive on time. The bookshop is small and is accessed with six steep steps in front and regrettably has no wheelchair access.
