The Face Before You

This work is a collection of poetry which has been written in the enclave of Gaza, while under siege and extreme threat of death. Moussa writes: 'Growing up in Gaza is inspiring for poets - life here is poetry blown into pieces and scattered all over the place.' These writings on life within Gaza express a humanity beyond the labels of 'refugee' or 'victim' and the book is a vital deepening of the larger scale narratives around this most horrendous humanitarian crisis.
